Delivery
What is the delivery time?
If on stock, we aim at a delivery time of 1 week after receipt of payment. When items are out of stock you will be notified in advance.
What are the shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the weight/volume of your order. You will be informed about the exact shipping cost on receipt of commercial invoice. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Where is my order?
Our warehouse team is working hard to prepare your order for delivery. Our standard delivery is 1-3 working days. However some deliveries are taking a little longer than normal as we work to meet the demands of this exceptionally busy period. Once your order is send you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order via info@originalhome.nl. Please include your order number in the mail. You can always change or cancel your order before payment. After that it can be very difficult and sometimes impossible to change or cancel your order because your order can be in transit at that point.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please inform us if you wish to change your delivery address via info@originalhome.nl.
