DEALER ACCOUNT

In order to purchase products from originalhome, you have to apply for a dealership. Go to the Become a dealer page and enter your details. When your application has been approved you will receive your dealership login codes by email. Login to our website with your dealership login codes and you will be able to see prices and place orders.

If you have received dealer login codes by email, please go to www.originalhome.nl. Click on dealer account on the right top side of the page. You can login with your account codes.

Please go to the dealer login page and login. You can change your password in the section “account details”. Unfortunately it is not possible to change your username. Alternatively you can use your email address. Your email address can be changed via your account details.

Lost your password? Please enter your username or email address on the Forgot password page. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

TERMS

For all countries within the EU (European Union) the minimum order amount for the 1st order is € 500,- ex VAT and ex shipping cost. There is no minimum order amount for repeat orders but we kindly ask you to order from € 100,- and up.
Please note the minimum order quantity per colli as indicated on originalhome.nl and/or the price list - order form from originalhome. For countries outside EU Please contact us for more information info@originalhome.nl.

All orders are 100% prepaid; after processing your order we will send you a commercial invoice, including shipping costs. You will have 7 days to pay your order. Immediately after receipt of payment your order will be shipped.

The prices in the webshop are the actual prices for the products. At times, we may reduce certain prices as a part of a special campaign. Once you have ordered a product, we are unable to change prices. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust prices twice a year when a new season starts.

If on stock, we aim at a delivery time of 1 week after receipt of payment. When items are out of stock you will be notified in advance.

Shipping cost will be calculated based on your location and the weight/volume of your order. You will be informed about the exact shipping cost on receipt of commercial invoice. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information.

RETURNS

Please inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order via info@originalhome.nl. Please include your order number in the mail. You can always change or cancel your order before payment. After that it can be very difficult and sometimes impossible to change or cancel your order because your order can be in transit at that point.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but you are free to exercise your right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. Please send an email to info@originalhome.nl and include your order number and the articles you wish to return. Please note that the shipping cost for returning articles is at your own expense. Return the articles in the original packaging and undamaged. We will refund you the price you paid for the products within 30 days, by the method you used for payment.

Your order will be carefully checked prior to shipment. In case of wrongly delivered articles, please register up to 8 days after receipt at info@originalhome.nl. Products need to be unopened, undamaged and in original packaging. Wrongly delivered articles can be returned at our cost. We will refund you the price you paid for the wrongly delivered products including delivery & returning costs if applicable, by the method you used for payment. In case articles are missing that are not in backorder please inform us via info@originalhome.nl. Please mention your order number.

In rare cases it is possible that products are damaged during transportation. Should there be a problem, please contact us within 5 working days after receipt via info@originalhome.nl. In order to properly assess the damage, we like to receive a clear picture of the damaged product(s) by email. We will contact you with a suitable solution.
