About the role
In your role as international marketeer, you will take the brand originalhome to the next level. Your goal is to create effective campaigns and engaging content that not only boosts product sales but also attracts leads and converts them into customers (b2b). You will play a key role in positioning originalhome in an international market and creating brand awareness in the Conscious Consumption market.
Key responsibilities
- You develop, plan and execute effective online and offline campaigns in line with our marketing strategy.
- You develop effective lead conversion programs and support your Customer Experience colleagues in the execution of customer loyalty campaigns
- You report on campaign effectiveness, website performance, and other market research
- You create engaging content for the originalhome websites (b2b/b2c) and will work with the Content Creation Specialist to keep it up to date and in line with the brand guidelines.
Plus: You have the opportunity to spearhead your own projects that align with your interests and talents
About you
You are a multi-disciplinary, out-of-the-box thinker with a “get the job done” mentality. Previous experience in a B2B environment is desirable, but our primary focus is on finding the perfect fit.
- You embody the originalhome DNA: friendly, entrepreneurial, adaptable, team player and you love making a sustainable and social impact.
- You are passionate about (international) marketing and affinity with the German market is desirable
- You are a strategic thinker
- You know how to craft effective messages and you have good copywriting skills in English (German or French is considered an advantage)
- You have an eye for design and a creative mindset
- You are good at staying on top of things and enjoy taking responsibility
- You have experience with MS Office, Google Analytics, Photoshop (or equivalent), Hubspot, Mailchimp etc and love the challenge to learn new programs.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications, equivalent skills and/or the relevant knowledge

Over de functie
In jouw rol als internationale marketeer til je het merk originalhome naar een hoger niveau. Je doel is het creëren van effectieve campagnes en boeiende content die niet alleen de productverkoop stimuleren, maar ook leads aantrekken en omzetten in klanten (b2b). Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het positioneren van originalhome op de internationale markt en denkt mee bij het creëren van merkbekendheid in de markt voor duurzame consumptie.
Kernverantwoordelijkheden
- Je ontwikkelt, plant en voert effectieve online en offline campagnes uit, in lijn met onze marketingstrategie.
- Je ontwikkelt effectieve lead-conversieprogramma's en ondersteunt je collega's van Customer Experience bij het uitvoeren van klantloyaliteitscampagnes.
- Je rapporteert over de effectiviteit van campagnes, websiteprestaties en ander marktonderzoek.
- Je maakt boeiende content voor de originalhome websites (b2b/b2c) en werkt samen met de Content Creation Specialist om deze actueel en in lijn met de merkrichtlijnen te brengen.
- Je houdt al het online en offline marketing- en promotiemateriaal up-to-date en ondersteunt bij de productie van nieuw materiaal zoals catalogi, signing, verpakkingen, advertenties, posters, banners, social media posts, enz.
Plus: Je hebt de mogelijkheid om je eigen projecten te leiden die aansluiten bij jouw interesses en talenten
Over jou
Je bent multidisciplinair, denkt out-of-the-box en hebt een “get-the-job-done”-mentaliteit. Eerdere ervaring in een B2B-omgeving is wenselijk, maar onze primaire focus ligt op het vinden van de perfecte match.
- Je belichaamt het DNA van originalhome: vriendelijk, ondernemend, flexibel, teamspeler en je houdt ervan om een duurzame en sociale impact te maken.
- Je hebt een passie voor (internationale) marketing en affiniteit met de Duitse markt is een pre.
- Je bent een strategische denker.
- Je weet hoe je effectieve campagnes moet opstellen en je hebt goede copywriting vaardigheden in het Engels (Duits of Frans wordt als een voordeel beschouwd).
- Je hebt een oog voor design en een creatieve mindset.
- Je bent goed in het overzicht houden en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je hebt ervaring met MS Office, Google Analytics, Photoshop (of equivalent), Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc. en houdt van de uitdaging om nieuwe programma's te leren.
- Je hebt een Bachelor in Marketing en/of Communicatie, gelijkwaardige vaardigheden en/of de relevante kennis.
