RSPO is the global standard certification for sustainable palm oil. RSPO certification is an assurance to the customer that the standard of palm oil production is sustainable. The palm oil supply chain, from the tropics to its use as an end product in food, cosmetics or as candle wax is very complex. To ensure the credibility of the certificate and a fully sustainable supply chain, all organisations involved in the supply chain need to be RSPO certified. The Originalhome’s candles are made from stearin from palm kernel oil, which is an RSPO certification ingredient.
